THE SHORT VERSION

AstroLexis does not collect, store or sell your personal data through Jera. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics and no advertising. Your recovery words and keys stay on your device.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

• Recovery words and keys. Generated on the device and stored in the iOS Keychain, readable by this device only. They are never sent to AstroLexis or anyone else, and they are not included in iCloud backups.
• Wallet state. Balance and payment history kept by the wallet on the device.
• Camera. Used only while you scan a payment QR code. Images are not stored or sent.
• Face ID / passcode. Handled by iOS. Jera only receives a yes or no.

WHAT THE BITCOIN NETWORKS SEE

To move money, Jera talks directly to the networks that carry it. AstroLexis does not operate these services and does not receive this data:

• Spark (a Bitcoin layer-2 operated by Lightspark and its partner operators) processes your wallet's public identity key, balances and transfers to execute payments.
• Lightning payments are routed through the Lightning Network, which sees the payment details needed to deliver them.
• On-chain deposits and withdrawals are public on the Bitcoin blockchain, as with any Bitcoin wallet.
• Lightning addresses (user@domain) you pay are looked up on that domain's server to obtain an invoice.

Opening a transaction on mempool.space happens only when you tap that link, in your browser.

CHILDREN

Jera is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.

YOUR CHOICES

You can remove the wallet from the device at any time in Settings. Your funds stay on the network and can be restored with your recovery words.

CHANGES

If this policy changes we will update this page and its effective date.
