I LOST MY PHONE

Install Jera on a new iPhone, tap RESTORE FROM WORDS and enter your 12 or 24 recovery words. Your balance comes back.

I LOST MY RECOVERY WORDS

If the wallet is still on your phone, open Settings and tap SHOW WORDS (Face ID or passcode) and write them down. If both the phone and the words are lost, nobody can recover the funds.
